Scholarships

The chapter has the right to nominate candidates to a number of scholarships. All such scholarships are regulated by THS's PM för utmärkelser (Governing Document for Awards and Insignias).

THS Kamratstipendium (THS Buddy Scholarship)

The board decides a nomination period for chapter members. Nominations are open for at least two weeks sometime in the spring semester. During the nomination period, a chapter member may be nominated for the scholarship. Nominations are sent to the board.

The board decides which candidates are nominated and presents the result to THS, and at the next chapter meeting.

Årets lärare (Teacher of the year)

The board decides a nomination period for chapter members. Nominations are open for at least two weeks sometime in the autumn semester. During the nomination period, a member of KTH's teaching staff may be nominated for the scholarship. Nominations are sent to the board.

The board decides which candidates are nominated and presents the result to THS, and at the next chapter meeting.

Rektors jämställdhets- och mångfaldspris för studenter (The Principal's Equality and Diversity Award for Students)

Nominations may occur in two ways, either from an individual chapter member directly to THS, or via the chapter's official nomination. Nominations from individual chapter members are to follow THS's PM för utmärkelser (Awards and Insignias). The possibility to nominate is advertised in the chapter's information channels by the board. Through this nomination, any member of THS may be nominated. Nomination through the chapter's official nomination occurs sometime in the spring semester. The board decides a nomination period for chapter members, which is open for at least two weeks.
