At the Revision Section Meeting that it is soon time for there will be by-elections for the education responsible member of the chapter board (DUF). The person will only be elected for the period leading up to the summer holidays however since it is soon time to elect the person to take up the post for the following school-year.

A d-Directorate Meeting was held February 21 at 17:30 in E33. At the meeting, the board, among other things, reviewed per capsulam decisions.

The d-Directorate Meeting decided:

Application for damages on rental car

to take 2500 SEK from the Dispositional fund to pay damages on the rental car used during PLUMS

Power of attorney for D-Dagen's finacial accountant to handle the Industrial Contact committee's accounts

to give Gustav Ung access to the bank to handle the Industrial Contact committee's accounts until the end of the year.

New dishwasher

to take 20,000 SEK from the Chapter Hall fund to buy the restaurant dishwasher.

"Akademiska Hus" have repaired most of the damages caused by the break-in earlier last weekend, February 10th. Therefore the catwalk, meeting room and storerooms are now available again!

It will not be possible to book the meeting room because KTH and "Akademiska Hus" will fix the window. However, if the meeting room is not occupied, then it is free to use the room.

It is finally time for the sports society's biggest event of the year! Hokey on Hovet! Tape your hockey stick and bring your inner hockey player and sign up for this year's most important hockey game.

Everyone is welcome, you don’t have experience playing hockey. All hockey gear is available at hovet. A ticket for the game between AIK and Södertälje at 15:00 is included!!

There are only 30 spots available, first to sign up gets it!

In consequence of the break-in of META, the catwalk (the raised surface beside the microwaves) and all rooms connected to the catwalk will be closed until receiving more information from the police.

The rooms connected to the catwalk is the meeting room and chapters' storerooms.

Other parts of META is open as usual.

There’s been a break-in in META. Both chapter’s storage rooms have been broken into, and the incident has been reported to the police. It’s important to not touch anything in META, to avoid interfering with the investigation.

Until further notice, try to avoid being in META unless you absolutely need to. Especially the storage rooms, as it can complicate or ruin a possible police investigation.

On the 13th of February the Chapter's international group will have a kickoff meeting!

Do you want to engage in the Chapter? Do you want to help organise smaller events and meet other students? Then pop on by our kickoff meeting and here everything this group is about!

Hi chapter! EECS during the previous year evaluated their programmes. The final report was presented in December and they are now seeking student (our) opinions.

In the beginning of February these opinions will be presented to the schools management group.

The report recommends a variety of changes to the Computer Science Programme that will, among other things, result in courses and course content being moved closer to the other programmes of EECS.

We are therefore looking for YOUR opinion!

Deadline for feedback was on February 4th, therefor the the report is no longer available. If you have any questions, contact D-directorate at drek@d.kth.se

At the meeting by-elections were held to elect a Treasurer and Kingpin. There were also a second reading of propositions regarding Elections, The election process for treasurer and Routines pertaining to chapter president decisions.

The Chapter Meeting decided:

Election of Treasurer

to elect Jakob Arvidsson as Treasurer. In accordance with the by-laws §1.10 Jakob Arvidsson becomes an authorized signatory through the role as Treasurer. Authorized signatories are allowed to sign individually.

Election of Kingpin

to elect Shapour Jahanshahi as Kingpin.

Amendment of by-laws regarding the election process for treasurer

to approve the proposed amendment to the by-laws.

Amendment of by-laws regarding name change of the by-laws §3.13.6 Urnval

to approve the proposed amendment to the by-laws with the proposed change.

Amendment of by-laws regarding routines pertaining to chapter president decisions
