Om någon ligger ute med pengar för en sektionsaktivitet där transaktionen skedde 30/4 eller tidigare i år så vill jag ha in det kvittot senast den 31/5 kl 23:59. Att kräva in kvitton inom en månad är en rätt kassören har enligt sektionens ekonomiska styrdokument, men inte brukar nyttja. Nu gör jag det för att underlätta bokföringen för styrelsen. Om man av någon anledning inte kan lämna in kvittot innan den 31/5 så bör man kontakta mig så kommer vi överens om hur vi löser det.
