It's that time of the year again for the Computer Science chapter's yearly ski trip to Åre, dÅre.
Every year we organize a trip up to Åre for some awesome slopes and even better company. We leave on saturday evening on Januari 13th and we'll go back on thursday afternoon the 18th. It's going to be great fun and we in the organizer group are super stoked.
We will release the tickets on Oktober 31 20:00. You will find them on www.dåre.se
Note that we will prioritise members of the Computer Science chapter, however if there are any available tickets other friends and people are welcome to sign up.
If you have any questions you are welcome to email us at dare@d.kth.se and we'll try to answer as soon as possible.
The price for chapter members will be 2200 kr and for others 2800 kr.
Onsdagspub med Atlas Copco
We here at DKM have concluded that the year hasn't properly started until you've tasted a company sponsored beer (or alcohol free surrogate) at META. Soom it will be coold in stockholm and it is time to heat computer scientists with a heated competition! Every year datasektionen hosts a programming competition which runs the first four weeks before christmas. This weeks hacker evening will be about exactly this! Come and contibute with your aweome ideas! Asper usual the event will be hosted in the computer lab "Grå" in the E building.

Cygni is inviting you on 19th of September for mingle and help you write your own snake bot. With this bot you can then compete in Cygni SnakeBot Challenge KTH 2017 on the 5th of October. Meet n' greet n' code, first hackerevening of the year!
Now it is time for crash'n bränn (crash and burn) to start its hackerevenings again. This time there will be a meet and greet theme, so if you're curious about what we do, now is the prime time to show up. We will give out free ice cream and chips!

DICE will have a lunch lecture at KTH. They will talk about the following:
How is it to work at DICE? How does a working day at DICE looks like? How do we work at DICE? What do we look at in an application? How do you achieve a successful technical assignment? What should you think about? How should a programmer be like in our eyes? Master thesis? Can I apply for a job? All these questions will we try to answer. And of course, we want you to ask us questions.
