New email routines for the board

Good evening!

As of 1 August, all emails sent to individual board members (e.g. dnok@datasektionen.se, ordf@datasektionen.se, etc.) will automatically be forwarded to the entire board.

The purpose of this change is to reduce the risk of cases falling through the cracks, as well as to to facilitate our internal work.

For matters intended only for a particular board member, it is suggested that this be sent to kthid@datasektionen.se, where the kthid is the ID of the intended recipient. Alternatively, other media may be used, such as Slack.
