Revision-SM: new minutes

There are now updated minutes for SM, with the following changes:

• Duplicate motions should be gone
• Verksamhetsberättelsen för 2023 is included
• All functionaries are now under a common subsection, as all of their reports are in the same attachment
• Proposition angående D-SOLs hållbarhet now properly shows its image
• Presentation och utfrågning av urnvalskandidater is now section 2
