Track intervals

Hi! The weather is getting sunnier and I think it's time to start running!

Join me for interval training on Tuseday! We will meet at 17.30 at Stadion and run long intervals.

The entrace is by the tower closest to Lidingövägen. Normally all other gates are closed.

Plan:

  • Warm-up jog 1.5-2k
  • Intervals: 6 x 3.5 minutes + 2 minutes rest
