Ryktet har gått, men nu går vi äntligen live; J-festivalen!
Vad är då denna J-festival?
- Det är Interaktion av Google och Mentimeter, underhållning tillsammans med Microsoft och Netlight, Caselösning med TV4, samt en lunch-kickoff med Truecallers grundare.
- Det är en gratis, interaktiv och underhållande pubrunda för jämlikhet. Tillsammans lyfter vi ämnet “olikheters lika värde”, oavsett kön, etnicitet, sexualitet, personliga förutsättningar eller hur stora ens fötter är.
- Under en och samma kväll, den 16 april, när vi alla, studenter härifrån och långtifrån, personal, företag likaså, samlas för att festa för jämlikhet. J-festivalen är något vi vill dela med alla!
Med ny teknik från Google kommer campus pubar förenas med bild och ljud, och Mentimeter kommer med EQmeter som förenar människors tankar och visioner. Detta kommer sedan expandera i världen med hjälp av TV4.
Under J-festivalen kommer KTH:s pubar att öppna sina armar, på ett äkta innovativt KTH-sätt. Med hjälp av interaktion- och underhållningsarrangemang bygger vi något som aldrig har byggts. En unik kväll där alla är välkomna. Detta gör vi för oss själva, för varandra och snart för världen.
Stand-up Comedy m.m. kommer att hållas på Nymble under kvällen. Alla uppträdanden kommer att live-streamas till de andra pubarna!
För att delta i J-festivalen krävs festival-armband. Dessa kommer att delas ut gratis, mer info presenteras snart!

The rumors have spread and finally we’re going live, J-festival!
What’s a J-festival?
- It’s Interaction by Google and Mentimeter, Entertainment by Microsoft and Netlight, Case-solving at TV4 and a lunch-kickoff with Truecaller’s founder.
- It’s a free, interactive and entertaining pub-crawl for equality. It’s us, together, raising the topic of “equal value of all differences”, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, personal abilities or how big one’s feet are.
- It’s one night, on April 16th, when we all, students from here and afar, staff, companies alike, gather to party for equality. J-festival is something we want to share with everyone!
With new technology from Google, the campus pubs will be connected by video and sound, and Mentimeter will provide EQ-meter to connect people’s thoughts and visions. This will then expand throughout the world with help from TV4.
During J-festival, the pubs of KTH, will open their arms in a true KTH innovation way. With the help of interaction and entertainment arrangements we are building something that has never been built. An unique evening and everyone is welcome. We want to do this for ourselves, for each other and eventually, for the world.
Stand-up Comedy will be held at Nymble during the evening. All performances will be live-streamed to the other pubs!
To visit J-festival you will need a festival wristband. These will be handed out free, more info will be presented soon!
