Kandidera till Kårfullmäktige! / Run for the Student Union Council!

Nu är det dags att välja ledamöter till Kårfullmäktige (KF), THS högsta beslutande organ, under läsåret 2014/2015! Information in english below.

Kårfullmäktige består av representanter från alla THS sektioner som gemensamt beslutar om THS verksamhet och framtid. Framförallt beslutar kårfullmäktige årligen om THS budget, verksamhetsplan och åsiktsdokument, samt utser förtroendevalda till kårstyrelsen och THS Valberedning. KF sammanträder 2-4 gånger per termin, mötena ligger alltid kvällstid och det brukar bjudas på mat. Att sitta som ledamot i KF är din chans att påverka THS i stort, och göra en skillnad för alla studenter på KTH!

Alla kårmedlemmar kan kandidera och valet kommer att pågå den 7-16 april. Känner du att kårfullmäktige är något för dig eller ska du tipsa en kompis? Kandidaturer ska skickas till Lovisa Runhem på lrunhem@kth.se (sektionens valnämndsrepresentant) senast den 22:a mars och innehålla följande:

• den sökandes namn
• personnummer
• KTH-id
• en presentation/motivation varför man ska bli vald på max 100 ord (texten kommer att publiceras på THS hemsida) och eventuellt en bild

The council is THS supreme authority and consists of representatives from all chapters at THS, who together make decisions about THS operations and future. Above all, the council yearly decides on THS budget, operational plan and document of opinions, as well as appointing trustees for the board of THS and THS’ nominating committee. The council meets 2-4 times per semester, the meetings are held in the evenings and usually food is served. To sit as a member in the council is your opportunity to influence the big organization that THS is, and make a difference for all students at KTH!

All THS members can run in the election, which will be held the 7-16 of April. The candidatures are to be sent to Lovisa Runhem at lrunhem@kth.se (the chapter’s election board representative) before the 22nd of March and contain the following:

• the name of the candidate
• personal registration number
• KTH-id
• a presentation/motivation of why you should be elected in max 100 words (the text will be displayed at THS website) and possibly a picture
