Looking for some fun, fresh air, and a good run? 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️⚡Come join us for a friendly game of ultimate frisbee this Sunday 31/8 at 14:00 on Gärdet! 🎉We’ll play until we’re tired (or until the disc 🥏 decides to call it a day).

No matter if you’re a seasoned player 💪 or just curious to try 🤔, you’re more than welcome. Ultimate is all about running 🏃‍♂️, throwing 🎯, and teamwork—but most importantly, it’s about having fun together 😂. Bring water, comfy shoes, and your best energy.

It’s a great way to meet people, get some exercise, and enjoy the outdoors 🌤️. Feel free to bring friends—everyone’s invited!
