Delayed SM day-order

Hello chapter!

Unfortunately, events have not necessarily developed in an advantageous way. Because of this, the day-order has, sadly, arrived a whole forty minutes late. Additionally, report forms for functionaries were never sent out.

I write this purely in the interest of being as transparent as possible in how the minutes are handled. Write me if you have any questions about this!
